If your home sits on the market for longer than 29 days from the time we list it, we will continue to market it aggressively and waive our portion of the marketing fee. Instead of making you empty promises, we give you a written guarantee of performance and if we don’t live up to this agreement, we will actually work for FREE! We’re taking all the risk so you don’t have to and this gives our many clients much greater peace of mind in the renting process.
